The successful candidate will be responsible for executing personalized, non-scripted outreach to secure qualified sales meetings for clients.

Manage and maintain accurate data within Microsoft Office and relevant CRM systems.
Consistently meet or exceed targets of 1 to 3 SAT meetings per day, depending on the specific client campaign.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in pure B2B cold calling, with a proven track record of booking meetings with enterprise-level Directors.
At least 2 years of specific experience within the Telecommunications sector, particularly Mid-Market.
Exceptional English communication skills (10/10 proficiency), with the ability to handle complex objections naturally.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Proven ability to uncover pain points and solve problems rather than following a rigid script.
Disciplined approach to remote work, adhering to 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM GMT working hours, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM.
Previous experience using Lusha or ZoomInfo for lead intelligence.
Experience managing or mentoring junior remote team members, as there is potential for leadership progression.
