Huzzle is seeking an independent Appointment Setter for a fast-growing UK client in the telemarketing space. This role focuses on sophisticated, personalized outreach to Directors of large organizations, not scripted pitches, to deliver high-intent meetings.

You are a hunter with flawless English and strong rapport, able to navigate gatekeepers, use tools like Lusha and ZoomInfo, and consistently book qualified meetings across SaaS, MarTech, and B2B services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pure B2B cold calling with a proven meetings track record.
• At least 2 years of experience in the telecommunications mid-market sector.
• Ability to handle Director-level conversations in large organisations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound calls (≈180 dials/day) to identify decision-makers.
• Focus on securing Sat Qualified meetings meeting BANT criteria.
• Use Lusha/ZoomInfo to find direct mobile lines for directors.
• Apply permission-based openers and pattern interrupts to bypass gatekeepers.
• Identify pain points and propose solutions, not scripts.
• Maintain ~1.5 hours of talk time daily and document activities in MS Office/CRM.
