New Resource Group, a leading telecommunications/IT and data company, is expanding its appointment setting team. This office-hours role works with business clients and does not involve shifts or weekends, operating at a local level within a large international organisation.

You will be responsible for creating appointments for the field sales team within existing accounts, exploring new sales opportunities, maintaining CRM records, and meeting KPIs and targets.

Formación

• 12 months minimum appointment setting or lead generation experience, preferably in B2B.
• Professional, polite and confident telephone manner.
• Proven track record of achievements; hungry, resilient and determined to succeed.

Responsabilidades

• Make appointments for the field sales team within existing accounts.
• Explore sales opportunities within these accounts and arrange appointments for field sales to close the business.
• Maintain a CRM with all customer activities.
• Work to KPIs and targets.
