Confidential, a leading telecommunications/IT and data company, is expanding its appointment setting team. The role is office hours, focused on business clients, with no weekend work and within a local Coventry area.

You will build appointments for the field sales team, explore opportunities in existing accounts, and maintain CRM records while meeting KPI targets. A quick learner with resilience and a proven track record will thrive here.

Qualificações

• Minimum 12 months appointment setting/lead generation experience, preferably B2B but B2C welcomed.
• Professional, polite and confident telephone manner.
• Proven track record of achievements.
• Hungry, resilient and determined to succeed.

Responsabilidades

• Make appointments for the field sales team within EXISTING accounts.
• Explore sales opportunities within these accounts and arrange appointments for field sales to close the business.

Part of a large international organisation but working on a local level .

This is an office hours based role and no shift or weekend work is involved. This is dealing with business clients only

Responsibilities

• - You will be tasked with making appointments for the field sales team within EXISTING accounts
• - Exploring sales opportunities within these accounts and arranging appointments for field sales to close the business.
• - Maintaining a CRM with all customer activities.
• - Working to KPI s and targets

Experience required

• - A minimum 12 months appointment setting/lead generation experience preferably in B2 B but B2 C is also welcomed.
