AVP, Powerplant IP & Digital Analytics

Location: UK or Remote (within Europe)

Overview

Senior leadership role responsible for managing powerplant business IP, engine acquisitions, asset performance, and digital analytics. The role ensures accurate technical, commercial, and financial data to support engine investment decisions, asset value optimisation, and delivery of a market-leading digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate engine acquisition opportunities, including technical condition, maintenance scope, cost forecasts, and financial modelling.
  • Prepare deal papers and support acquisition approvals.
  • Ensure all acquired engines meet contractual, technical, and documentation standards.
  • Provide technical oversight of engine maintenance, repairs, and asset management.
  • Own business IP and data integrity across systems, including EFPAC.
  • Lead digital analytics initiatives and system enhancements.
  • Support budgeting, quality standards, audits, and management reporting.
  • Represent the business at industry forums and support commercial initiatives.
Experience & Skills
  • 10+ years’ experience in powerplant or engine asset management.
  • Strong knowledge of CFM, P&W, GE, IAE, and RR engines.
  • Proven commercial, financial, and acquisition modelling capability.
  • Advanced Excel/MS Office skills; experience with EFPAC preferred.
  • Strong communicator with a quality-driven, proactive mindset.
  • Eligible to live and work in the UK or EU
