Qualifications

• Previous experience of working in a manual operations environment.
• Experience of working in a fast-moving environment under time pressure whilst retaining strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience of Syndicated or Agency Loan Operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control daily work flows including assigning tasks to Analysts.
• Provide support and guidance to junior team members.
• Responsible for the accurate verification of junior team member's work.
• Communicate and negotiate with a variety of Stakeholders.
