Salesforce seeks an inspiring AVP of Sales to lead Data 360 in EMEA. This role requires a visionary leader with deep expertise in data platforms, analytics and cloud tech, coupled with a proven record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams.

You will lead a distinct Data 360 sales team, empower them with the right tools, and foster collaboration across functions to scale Data 360 while championing Salesforce values such as trust and customer success.

Qualifications

• Expertise in data platforms, cloud technologies and data analytics with the ability to explain complex solutions to mixed audiences.
• Proven experience leading second/third-line strategic sales teams at national or global levels with revenue targets.
• Strong skills in recruiting, coaching and retaining high-performing teams.
• Ability to drive organizational transformation, foster culture change and continuous improvement.
• Experience navigating matrixed organisations and collaborating across business units.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision making.
• Degree or equivalent; experience evaluated against core competencies.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead GTM for Data 360 in EMEA with a high-performing specialist team.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Recruiting to optimise resources.
• Own long-term growth strategy, identify new opportunities and partnerships.
• Build and develop Data 360 team through recruitment, coaching and performance management.
• Lead large internal enablement sessions and present at events to energise teams.
• Represent Salesforce externally to executives and broader employee audiences.
