EMEA Field CTO: Data & AI Strategy Architect

Job summary

Salesforce seeks a senior Field CTO for Data 360 in EMEA, a trusted technical leader who can architect with Chief Architects and teach our teams the how and why of Data 360. You will drive thought leadership, and be a credible voice with C-level executives.

You will own strategic architecture in complex deals, craft proof-of-value demos, and shape reference architectures and GTM narratives for new offerings with SI and hyperscaler partners.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise architecture, technical consulting, or technical pre-sales in Data/AI.
• Proven Enterprise-architecture Credential (Zachman, TOGAF) - Salesforce CTA a plus.
• Architect-level, hands-on experience on a major data platform (e.g. GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, or Azure)
• Track record as an Enterprise Architect or trusted advisor to Enterprise Architects
• Proven builder of reference architectures / technical GTM narratives for new offerings
• Demonstrated C-level advisory experience (CDO, CTO, CIO, CAIO)
• Fluent English required; additional EMEA languages a plus
• Degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Be the definitive voice on Salesforce Platform and Data 360 across EMEA.
• Act as strategic enterprise-architecture adviser in large deals and build proof-of-value demos quickly.
• Develop reference architectures and GTM narratives; collaborate with SI and hyperscaler partners (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks).
