Job summary

Salesforce in the United Kingdom is seeking a Distinguished Technical Architect, Data & AI for the EMEA region. This senior leader acts as the top technical authority for Data Cloud and Agentforce pre-sales, shaping engagements with CIOs, CTOs, and enterprise architects across strategic accounts.

You'll collaborate with regional leaders to accelerate pipeline, define technical strategy, and craft compelling technical content, while mentoring the EMEA Data & AI Architect team and contributing to

Qualifications

15+ years in enterprise architecture, data platforms, or AI/ML in customer-facing roles.
Deep expertise in modern data architecture: data mesh, lakehouse, real-time activation.
Proven ability to influence C-suite executives on complex multi-stakeholder deals.
Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (or equivalent CDP) and ecosystem.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Track record of building trust across field sales, product, and partner orgs.
Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the definitive technical authority for Data Cloud and Agentforce in EMEA.
Lead architecture workshops, executive briefings, POCs, and solution design sessions.
Partner with regional leaders to define and execute technical strategy for Data 360 and Agentforce coverage.
Shape and evangelize Salesforce's Data & AI narrative in the field, including CDP and Activation Platform messaging.
Develop and deliver compelling content— talks, white papers, enablement— for the broader field.
Represent Salesforce at flagship events, industry summits, and customer advisory boards.
Mentor and elevate the technical capability of the EMEA Data & AI Architect team.
Provide strategic input into product direction, GTM positioning, and competitive differentiation.
