• Proven experience in an aviation maintenance organisation, ideally within a Safety Management System or Compliance Monitoring function.
• In-depth understanding of UK CAA and EASA Part‑145 regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
• Experience in managing teams, projects, or complex change programmes.
• Ability to operate with integrity, diplomacy, and resilience under pressure.
