  • In-depth understanding of UK CAA and EASA Part‑145 regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Experience in managing teams, projects, or complex change programmes.
  • Ability to operate with integrity, diplomacy, and resilience under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to ensure safety or compliance oversight across global operations.
  • Provide insights into risks, trends, and system performance.
  • Continuously improve Compliance and Safety Management Systems.
  • Ensure audit programmes meet regulatory and business expectations.
  • Promote a just culture across engineering teams.
