Qualifications

• Experience of maintenance/production planning within an Aviation or Engineering environment.
• Proven flexibility, teamwork, and adaptability to changing environments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and competent using IT.
• Experience working directly with customer representatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and fully use operational processes for efficient performance.
• Be the point of contact for the customer and interface with the engineering team.
• Pre-input planning and work pack generation.
• Control completed work orders and ensure accurate documentation delivery.
• Understand and execute customer requirements efficiently.
• Provide daily status reports on aircraft serviceability.
• Engage with operational teams for smooth department functioning.
• Participate in quality audits and ensure issues are reported.
