Kuehne + Nagel in Sterling is seeking a Dedicated Logistics Specialist to provide high-level customer service and operational support for key accounts. You will understand needs, advise on solutions, and help meet deadlines to strengthen partnerships.

You will manage shipments, communicate delays, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate updates. The role requires extensive customer service experience and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Formación

• Experience delivering time-critical shipments in aviation logistics.
• Strong knowledge of international and domestic airline routings and time zones.
• Extensive customer service experience is required.
• Ability to assess risk, analyse problems and resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains and enhances customer services by ensuring procedures are followed.
• Take job orders from the customer, including routing, service type, deadlines, and quotes.
• Provide clients with continuous notification and follow-up on delays, charges and resolutions.
• Monitor shipments and report delays with options to reduce impact.
• Collaborate with Business Development to improve account health and SOP/COP updates.
• Proactively drive process improvements to build customer loyalty.
