Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a Customer Care Specialist (Import) in the United Kingdom to serve as the primary contact for import customers, ensuring excellent service through the shipment lifecycle. Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain operations.

• Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping processes preferred.

The Customer Care Specialist (Import) serves as the primary point of contact for import customers, ensuring excellent service throughout the shipment lifecycle and acts as liaison between customers, sales, overseas offices and operational teams.
