Job summary
Kuehne+Nagel Sea Logistics is seeking a seasoned Operational Care Specialist within the OCC to ensure timely execution of BPA-driven tasks, including import clearance preparation, onboarding new customers, and data accuracy for reporting. You will collaborate with Customer Care Locations to uphold service excellence and compliance across our ocean freight operations.
In this role you will support onboarding, standardize processes, and promote best practices while contributing to team performance
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and sea logistics processes.
- Working knowledge of customs requirements, shipment methods and Incoterms.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management.
- Good commercial awareness and financial understanding.
Responsibilities
- Complete import clearance tasks.
- Support new customer onboarding, system updates and discussions with CCL.
- Maintain BPA tasks within required timeframes.
- Assist with customer implementations and rollout of new systems.
