A leading AV integrator in London is seeking an AV Break-fix Engineer to join their global team. This onsite role involves providing technical support for audiovisual systems in meeting rooms and events. Expect responsibilities including troubleshooting equipment, conducting pre-event tests, and collaborating with clients. Role: AV Break-fix Engineer – L2
Location: London (Broadgate Circle) – on-site
Salary: Negotiable dependent on skills and experience, plus company benefits
Hours: 40 hours/week, with shifts between 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday.
Shift times may vary occasionally for an event issue/out of hours fix, but within 7am-4pm, 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm.

Due to further growth of an exciting long-term contract with an international blue‑chip financial organisation, we now have a new opportunity for a proven AV Technician to join our highly collaborative global team, to provide AV and VC technical support across all meeting rooms and event spaces on the client’s site.
As a key member of the L2 team you will work to identify and resolve technical faults across the wide array of videoconferencing and other audio‑visual equipment; configure devices, assist in office relocations for this high‑level client, provide remote support to users at other office locations as needed and complete various tasks as assigned by the Lead Break‑Fix Technician or management team.
The position involves a high degree of exposure, working sometimes with executive management and managing directors to provide the required services.
