Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse experience in a hospital setting.

  • Experience in improving clinical practice.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and assess patients' conditions.
  • Act as a patient advocate and discuss treatment options.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Excellent organisational skills
Understanding of CQC fundamental standards
Ability to undertake phlebotomy and cannulation

Education

Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Nursing
Evidence of continued professional development
Mentorship/teaching and assessing course (ENB 998) or equivalent
