Job summary

Cavendish House is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to lead growth across the Irish territory, selling to buying groups, nationals, end users, dealers and wholesale accounts. You will upsell products and identify opportunities to stock more lines, while working autonomously to develop sales strategies and achieve targets.

You will bring a proven track record in developing accounts, ideally from tools or related sectors, with hands-on experience using CRM systems and Excel to drive results.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record in account development and growth.
• Experience in tools sector or similar advantageous.
• Familiar with CRM systems and Excel for sales planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Irish/territory sales strategy to hit targets.
• Grow key accounts including buying groups, end users, dealers and wholesalers.
• Upsell products and expand product lines within accounts.
• Maintain an autonomous diary and drive improvements with a proactive approach.
