Qualifications

• Prior experience as a motor trade Service Advisor is essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for all service customers from booking to handover.
• Produce accurate job cards and keep customers updated.
• Coordinate with workshop technicians for smooth daily operations.
• Raise invoices and handle customer payments professionally.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Work independently in a smaller aftersales environment with confident decision-making.
