Job summary

Confidential, a franchised motor dealership near Carlisle, seeks an experienced Service Advisor to join the aftersales team. 42.5 hours weekly with a Mon-Fri 9am-6pm schedule and1 in 2 Saturdays 8am-1pm. Salary from £29,879 DOE plus bonus and excellent benefits.

You will bridge customers and the workshop, ensuring top-quality service from booking to handover, with a focus on teamwork and career progression within the dealer group.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year's main dealer Service Advisor experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience within a customer service or sales environment
• Drive, commitment and enthusiasm
• The ability to work as part of a team while taking ownership of customer relationships
• A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
• Residence within a commutable distance of Carlisle
