Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills for face-to-face and phone customer interactions.
• Experience in a motor/automotive dealership environment is essential.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team with strong time-management and detail focus.
• Experience managing a workshop and leading technicians is desirable.
