Job summary

Vibe Recruit is seeking an Automotive Service Administrator / Receptionist for a well-established independent garage in Sevenoaks, Kent. You will be the main contact for customers, coordinate workshop bookings and support daily operations.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service or administrative experience; motor trade exposure is a plus. You will work 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with salary £27,000-£34,000 per annum DOE.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
• Competent computer skills and familiarity with office software.
• Strong organizational skills to manage paperwork, parts and mechanics schedules.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries face-to-face, by telephone and email.
• Manage workshop bookings, diaries and workloads for 4-5 mechanics.
• Prepare job cards and maintain accurate workshop records.
• Liaise with suppliers to order parts and obtain pricing.
