GXO Logistics, Inc in Tonbridge, Kent is seeking an experienced Dealership Service Receptionist to lead front-of-house operations at Northern Commercials Iveco dealership.

You will manage bookings, communications, and visitor experience, ensuring a smooth, professional welcome; experience in motor dealership service and DMS systems preferred.

This full-time role offers 45 hours/week, Monday to Friday 07:00–17:00, 1 in 4 Saturdays paid at time and a half, with salary £33k–£35k and solid benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service motor dealership preferred.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with high standards of service.
• Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact at reception, greet visitors and manage calls.
• Liaise with workshop for timely updates and keep DMS systems up to date.
• Handle general office administration and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure an exceptional visitor and client experience at reception.
