Job summary

ASI Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Service Receptionist for a busy commercial workshop in the Tonbridge area. You will be the first point of contact for customers, with duties including booking vehicles and communicating with clients to keep the service operation running smoothly.

Experience in car or commercial workshops is preferred, along with strong customer service and keyboard/multi-tasking abilities. Familiarity with Keyloop, Kerridge and 1link is highly desirable.

A strong opportunity for an experienced Service Receptionist to join a busy commercial workshop in the Tonbridge area. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, working closely with the workshop team to keep bookings, customer communication and the day-to-day service operation running smoothly. A car or commercial workshop background is required, with experience using Keyloop, Kerridge and 1link highly desirable.

• Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm, with 1-hour unpaid lunch
• 1-in-4 Saturdays, 7:30am-1pm, paid at 1.5x overtime
