Vibe Recruit in Sevenoaks, Kent is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Administrator / Receptionist for a permanent, Monday to Friday role (8:30am-5:30pm). You will be the main contact for customers and coordinate workshop bookings to keep daily operations running smoothly.

You should be organized, able to multitask under pressure, with strong telephone and customer service skills. Motor trade experience is a plus, but candidates from busy admin or customer service backgrounds are

• Organizational skills for mechanics, paperwork and parts
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer enquiries face-to-face, by telephone and email.
• Manage workshop bookings, diaries and workloads for 4-5 mechanics.
• Prepare job cards and maintain accurate workshop records.
• Liaise with suppliers to order parts and obtain pricing.
