Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers about service work required.
• Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems.
• Update customers and vehicle records.
• Prepare and complete invoices.
• Advise customers on costs of repairs and expected timelines.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
