Job summary

ISQ Recruitment LTD is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join a well-established automotive business in Gloucester. You will be the key link between customers and the workshop, coordinating servicing and repairs while ensuring high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing automotive roles or service reception is desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.
• Good IT and administration abilities, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, service bookings and vehicle repair appointments.
• Coordinate workshop schedules to maximise efficiency and productivity.
• Keep customers informed of servicing, repairs and completion times.
• Prepare accurate job cards, repair estimates and invoices.
• Explain recommended repairs and maintenance requirements.
• Liaise with technicians and parts department.
• Process warranty paperwork and maintain service records.
• Identify opportunities to upsell aftersales services.
