Perfect Placement UK Ltd in Gloucester is seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join its family-run automotive business with a long trading history. You will support the Aftersales Manager, oversee a small team, and deliver outstanding customer service across the service department.

The role offers a basic salary up to £33,000 per year plus a performance-based bonus to reach around £38,000 OTE. Benefits include 30 days leave, pension, training, staff discounts, and clear career

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Senior Service Advisor or similar in automotive dealership.
• Strong communication, organisational and customer service skills.
• Live in Gloucester or within commuting distance.
• IT proficiency; Autoview experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as key contact for customers, handling interactions professionally.
• Support Aftersales Manager with supervision of the service team.
• Drive service profitability through effective communication and upselling.
• Coordinate with workshop, parts and sales to ensure efficient processes.
• Maintain high standards of the customer journey and support targets.
• Communicate with manufacturers regarding warranty authorisations and repairs.
