Sandicliffe is seeking a proactive Service Advisor for our Leicester dealership to join the Aftersales team. You will act as the bridge between customers and the workshop, guiding service journeys from drop-off to collection and ensuring a smooth experience.

You will welcome customers, book vehicles, provide quotes, coordinate with technicians, handle queries with empathy, and keep service records accurate. A customer-first mindset and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Service Advisor or customer service within automotive sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and understanding their servicing/repair needs.
• Booking vehicles into the workshop and updating customers throughout the repair journey.
• Explaining work required, providing quotations and obtaining customer approval.
• Liaising with technicians and Aftersales to ensure timely completion of work.
• Handling customer queries professionally and resolving issues with empathy.
• Processing service documentation and maintaining accurate records.
• Identifying opportunities for additional products and services for customers.
