Job summary

Sandicliffe Ltd is seeking a Service Advisor in Loughborough to be the vital link between customers and the workshop team, ensuring an outstanding experience from start to finish. You will handle bookings, communicate recommendations clearly, and support high standards of customer care.

Candidates with service or customer-facing experience across hospitality, retail, or similar environments are encouraged. A positive, proactive attitude and flexibility in a busy dealership setting are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and providing a professional, friendly service.

• Resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally.
• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records.
• Helping to achieve departmental targets and customer satisfaction objectives.

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers requiring vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair work. You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer expectations and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of the Sandicliffe brand.

Key Responsibilities
