Sandicliffe Ltd in Loughborough is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to help lead a busy service department, delivering an outstanding experience for customers and colleagues.

You will work closely with the Service Manager to drive performance, coach Service Advisors, monitor workshop flow, and ensure high standards of customer care and compliance.

Formación

• Experience in an automotive service environment.
• Experience supervising or leading a team is advantageous.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Service Manager in the daily running of the service department.
• Lead, motivate, and develop Service Advisors and departmental colleagues.
• Ensure exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor workshop loading and productivity to maximise efficiency.
• Assist in achieving departmental KPIs, profitability, and manufacturer standards.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and effectively.
• Support colleague training, coaching, and performance management.
• Maintain high standards of compliance, health and safety, and customer care.
