You will manage appointments, advise on repairs, and maintain open, proactive communication with customers throughout their vehicle’s time with us.

Qualifications

• An ability to provide tailored customer service and upselling to a wide range of customers.
• Comfortable working to deadlines and managing customer expectations with regular communication and updates.
• Happy to manage your own workload and customer base.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and book customers' vehicle servicing appointments via telephone and email.
• Provide best advice on report repairs or additional service; be the point of contact during the vehicle's workshop stay.
• Provide updates and consultatively advise on repair work being carried out or needed.
• Create customer invoices and reschedule appointments for future maintenance or servicing.
