Leeds Nissan, part of Lookers, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team on site. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills, building rapport with customers and colleagues, reporting to the Aftersales Manager, and contributing to a high-quality customer service experience.

You will benefit from in-house brand development training and opportunities for progression in a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar automotive aftersales role.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service and cars.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Book MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
• Advise on warranty cover and upsell parts/usages that benefit the customer.
• Liaise with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload and calls.
• Handle high volumes of customers daily including calls and online queries.
• Inform customers of turnaround times and keep them updated while in workshop.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update systems with bookings.
