Job summary

Lookers Motor Group Limited Battersea Omoda Jaecoo is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join the Aftersales Team on site. You will book MOTs and services, advise customers on warranty coverage, upsell parts, and coordinate with the Aftersales department to organise appointments.

You will manage high volumes of customers and calls while maintaining accurate records. Training and progression opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or similar automotive Aftersales role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to upsell parts and advise on warranty coverage.

Responsibilities

• Book MOTs, services and repair work for customers.
• Advise on warranty coverage and upsell parts/accessories.
• Liaise with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload.
