Leeds Nissan is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team on site. You will coordinate MOTs, services and repairs, upsell parts, and maintain strong customer rapport.

Ideal candidates will have exceptional communication skills, be a proactive team player, and comfortable using dealer systems. On-site role with progression opportunities in a busy automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing automotive aftersales is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and rapport-building abilities.
• Able to work as part of a busy team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Schedule MOTs, services and repairs for customers.
• Explain warranty cover and upsell relevant parts/accessories.
• Coordinate with Aftersales to plan appointments based on workload.
• Handle a high volume of customers daily via in-person, calls and online queries.
• Inform customers of turnaround times and update when vehicles are in the workshop.
• Keep accurate customer records and update booking systems.
