Job summary

Lookers Newcastle Renault is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the Aftersales Team on site. You will book MOTs and services, advise on warranty options, and upsell parts while liaising with the Aftersales department to manage appointments and workloads.

You’ll handle a high volume of customer inquiries daily, ensuring clear communication and accurate records, with training opportunities and potential career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Team player with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Book MOTs, services and repair work for customers.
• Advise customers about warranty cover and upsell parts or accessories.
• Coordinate with the Aftersales team to schedule appointments.
• Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone and online.
• Inform customers of turnaround times and maintain accurate records.
