Job summary

Gateshead Nissan, part of Lookers, is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join the Aftersales Team on site. The role involves booking MOTs and services, advising on warranty coverage, and coordinating with the Aftersales department to schedule work based on workload.

You will manage a high-volume flow of customers daily and maintain clear communication throughout the service process. We offer continuous in-house training, progression opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers
• Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling parts/accessories
• Liaising with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload
• Managing a high-volume of customers daily and handling calls/online bookings
• Informing customers of turnaround times and workshop status
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating booking systems
