Job summary

Lookers Limited, Newcastle Renault, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our busy Aftersales team on site in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will book MOTs and services, advise on warranties, and upsell parts while coordinating with the Aftersales department to manage appointments and customer communication.

The role offers a competitive base salary of £32,000 with an uncapped OTE up to £38,000 and 42 hours per week. Excellent customer service and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Team player with the ability to work with the Aftersales team.

Responsibilities

• Booking MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
• Advising customers about warranty cover and upselling parts/accessories.
• Coordinating with Aftersales to schedule appointments based on workload.
• Managing high-volume customer interactions via phone and online bookings.
• Informing customers of turnaround times and maintaining accurate records.
