Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting a Service Advisor for a well-respected, family-run garage in Haslemere, Surrey. You will combine automotive knowledge with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service within a friendly, expanding team.

Duties include managing service bookings, acting as the main contact for customers, liaising with the workshop, and helping with maintenance scheduling.

Qualifications

• Automotive knowledge and a genuine passion for vehicles.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in a similar automotive role preferred.
• Customer-focused attitude with professional demeanour.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and manage service bookings.
• Act as the primary contact for customers regarding repairs and services.
• Liaise with the workshop to explain jobs and recommendations.
• Assist with vehicle maintenance schedules and prioritise workflow.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Use in-house and manufacturer IT systems for documentation and job management.
• Maintain clear communication between customers and technicians.
