Responsibilities

• Manage the complete customer journey from booking through to vehicle handover, ensuring transparent communication.
• Handle service, repair, and MOT bookings efficiently.
• Prepare accurate job cards, estimates, and repair authorisations.
• Liaise effectively between customers and workshop technicians.
• Provide regular updates and advice to customers.
• Coordinate parts orders and supplier communications.
• Process invoices, payments, and warranty claims.
