Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of automotive service processes.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand vehicle service requirements.
• Provide accurate advice on service work and costs.
• Prepare and manage job cards and service schedules.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
• Upsell additional services and products where appropriate.
• Communicate effectively with workshop staff to facilitate timely repairs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and service records.
• Support the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow.
