Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD is seeking a friendly, organised Service Advisor / Motor Receptionist to join our Cheltenham front-of-house team. You will be the bridge between customers and workshop technicians, delivering exceptional front-of-house service, scheduling MOTs and servicing bookings, and explaining service requirements clearly to clients.

This role works Monday to Thursday 8:00–17:00 and Friday 8:00–16:00 with no weekends or early Friday finish.

Qualifications

• Experience as Service Advisor or similar in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and customer-first attitude.
• Familiarity with workshop management systems or customer databases.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage front-of-house operations.
• Explain service/repair requirements clearly to customers.
• Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
