Wolverhampton Mercedes-Benz is recruiting a Service Advisor to join the Aftersales Team on site. You will book MOTs and services, advise on warranty coverage, and upsell parts to customers.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will develop your skills through in-house brand training and have opportunities for progression within the dealership. The role is full-time and on-site, offering competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive Aftersales team.
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers.
• Familiar with Kerridge/ADP dealer systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Book MOTs, services and repair work for customers.
• Advise on warranty cover and upsell parts/accessories.
• Coordinate with Aftersales to schedule appointments and manage workload.
• Handle a high-volume of customer calls and online queries.
• Inform customers of turnaround times and update records.
