Wolverhampton Mercedes-Benz is recruiting an experienced Service Advisor to join the Aftersales Team on site in Wolverhampton. You will handle bookings, advise on warranties, and liaise with the Aftersales department to organise appointments and service loads.

With a 42-hour week and a competitive OTE up to £35,000 (basic £29,000), the role offers strong progression and in-house brand training. A customer-focused approach and clear communication are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills with a passion for a first-class experience.
• Experience in automotive Aftersales or service advisory is advantageous.
• Ability to upsell and explain technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Book MOTs, services and other repair work for customers.
• Advise on warranty cover and upsell parts/accessories.
• Schedule appointments with the Aftersales team and manage high customer volumes.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update booking systems.
