Job summary

Renault Watford is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team. You will engage with customers face-to-face and by telephone, manage workshop bookings, and coordinate with Technicians to keep journeys smooth from booking to vehicle collection.

You will also promote products, handle estimates and invoicing, and ensure timely handovers with a customer-focused, professional approach. A full UK manual licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or similar Aftersales role.
• Confident managing customer communication in a busy dealership.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer communication face-to-face and by phone.
• Book vehicles into the workshop, prepare estimates and invoicing.
• Liaise with Technicians to monitor progress and communicate updates.
• Keep customers informed and obtain authority for additional work.
• Manage courtesy car bookings and customer handovers; use dealer systems.
• Promote relevant products and services in a professional, customer-focused manner.
