Job summary

Yeomans Toyota Brighton is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join the friendly, family-run team in Peacehaven, Brighton. You will manage incoming calls, book workshops, greet customers, and liaise with technicians to ensure on-time service delivery.

A professional approach to upselling repairs and maintaining customer relationships is essential for success. The role requires excellent communication, organisation and IT literacy, with previous motor trade experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused service experience within a target-driven environment.
• Ability to handle telephone enquiries and bookings efficiently.
• Good IT literacy and experience with workshop/booking systems.

Responsibilities

• Making and receiving calls and converting contacts into workshop bookings.
• Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Booking vehicles into the technical workshop and tracking progress.
• Liaising with the workshop to ensure timely vehicle readiness.
• Providing exceptional customer service and arranging onward travel if needed.
• Keeping customers updated and handing over serviced vehicles.
• Maintaining product knowledge and participating in training.
• Upselling repairs and related services where appropriate.
• Maintaining neat admin and housekeeping standards.
