Yeomans Limited in Eastbourne is seeking a motivated Trainee Service Advisor to join our Honda dealership. No previous experience needed; you will learn on the job with dedicated training and develop product knowledge while delivering friendly, professional service.

You’ll handle calls, book vehicles into the workshop, greet customers, relay updates from the workshop, and help upsell repairs and parts. We value a customer-first approach and a collaborative, family-run environment.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; willingness to learn and work hard.
• Excellent communication and IT literacy are essential.
• UK Full Driving Licence (required)

Responsibilities

• Making and receiving calls to and from customers whose vehicles require maintenance.
• Booking vehicles into the technical workshop and coordinating with the workshop to track progress.
• Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and courteous manner throughout the day.
• Providing exceptional customer service, including updating customers while their vehicle is in the workshop and arranging onward travel if needed.
• Assisting with the sale of repairs and related products as applicable.
