Job summary

Yeomans Honda Worthing is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our busy Service Department. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, greet customers, book vehicles into the workshop, and liaise with technicians to keep customers informed.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years in a motor trade customer-advisor role, a UK driving licence, and excellent communication and IT literacy. This is a full-time, in-person role with a family-run ethos and opportunities for training.

Qualifications

• Motor trade, customer advisor: 2 years (required)
• UK Full Driving Licence (required)
• Work Location: In person

Responsibilities

• Making and receiving calls to customers needing maintenance
• Meeting and greeting customers courteously
• Booking vehicles into the workshop and tracking progress
• Liaising with the workshop and updating customers on status
• Upselling repairs and maintaining aftercare relationships
• Maintaining orderly administration and product knowledge through training
