Job summary

Listers Group is recruiting a Service Advisor for our Volkswagen Dealership in Loughborough. The role runs Monday–Friday, 08:00–18:00 with Saturday rota work and offers a basic salary plus a monthly bonus, with an OTE of £40,600.

You will deliver excellent customer service in a busy environment, coordinating with workshop teams to schedule work, update customers, and drive service and sales objectives. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to hit and exceed targets and sales goals.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Book customer vehicles in for maintenance/repairs and liaise with workshop to schedule workload.
• Greet customers on arrival and provide a seamless service from drop-off to handover.
• Update customers on progress and obtain authorisation for additional work.
• Coordinate with Workshop, Parts and Sales to ensure timeliness.
