Job summary

Listers Group Limited is hiring a Service Advisor for its Volkswagen Dealership in Loughborough. The role runs Monday to Friday 08:00–18:00 with Saturdays on a rota, and offers a basic salary plus a monthly bonus with an OTE of £40,600.

You will drive high levels of customer satisfaction in a busy, team-based environment, schedule workloads with the workshop, and upsell our service range while keeping customers informed of progress and ensuring timely handovers.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in busy environments.
• Able to work in a team to meet targets and upsell services.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills; knowledge of dealer software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Book customer vehicles in for maintenance/repairs and liaise with workshop.
• Meet customers on arrival and provide a seamless service from drop-off to handover.
• Update customers on progress and obtain authorisation for additional work.
• Coordinate with Workshop, Parts and Sales to ensure timely vehicle readiness.
