Listers Group Limited, Coventry Volkswagen Dealership, is recruiting a Parts Advisor. The role covers Monday to Friday 8am–6pm plus Saturday mornings on a rota, with a basic salary plus a monthly bonus and an OTE of £33,000.

You will support sales, service and workshop by sourcing parts, pre-picking for jobs, checking stock, handling customer inquiries by phone or in person, and processing administration. The ideal candidate has experience in a dealership or motor factor and a passion for

Qualifications

• Experience in a parts role within a dealership or motor factor is preferred.
• Ability to learn quickly and maintain high levels of customer service.
• A professional approach and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and serve customers at the front desk.
• Pre-pick parts for workshop jobs and check stock availability.
• Handle inbound/outbound enquiries and build customer relationships.
• Ensure consumables and service parts are replenished for swift service.
• Process warranty claims and related administration promptly.
• Develop knowledge of Volkswagen parts and how they function.
